Our L3C Model
Charity Culture L3C is a Michigan low-profit limited liability company: a mission-driven business formed primarily to advance charitable and educational purposes. An L3C can earn a profit, but profit is not its primary purpose.
Our model connects commerce with community through cause-themed products, awareness, and collaboration. Revenue helps sustain our work while our mission guides our decisions. L3C status alone does not make a business tax-exempt or purchases and contributions tax-deductible.
